Allergies and Snack Menu

Please find below our weekly snack menus as we thought this might help parents plan lunch and meals whilst also giving an insight into what we serve the children during their sessions.


Please note, healthy alternatives such as breadsticks or fruit are always available. Children have free access to drinking water throughout the session and are offered the choice of milk or water at break time.

We cater for all dietary requirements, so if your child has any allergies or specific requests please let us know on your child’s registration form or, if the allergy comes to light thereafter, please give us written confirmation which will enable us to update your child’s registration form and provide alternatives.

 

Snack Menu

Break Menu week 1

Monday: AM Maltied Wheaties/rice crispies cereal with semi skimmed milk; and PM Selection of fruit

Tuesday: AM Wheat cracker with cheese/cucumber; and PM Selection of fruit

Wednesday: AM Scotch pancake; and PM Selection of fruit

Thursday: AM Breadstick with cream cheese dip and cucumber/carrot sticks; and PM Selection of fruit

Friday: AM Fromage Frais sticks; and PM Selection of fruit/Eat up!


Break Menu week 2

Monday: AM Maltied Wheaties/rice crispies cereal with semi skimmed milk; and PM Selection of fruit

Tuesday: AM Wholemeal toast with jam or marmite; and PM Selection of fruit

Wednesday: AM Rice cakes; and PM Selection of fruit

Thursday: AM Soreen Fruity five loaf; and PM Selection of fruit

Friday: AM Wheat Cracker with cheese and cucumber; and PM Selection of fruit/Eat up!


Break Menu week 3

Monday: AM Maltied Wheaties/rice crispies cereal with semi skimmed milk; and PM Selection of fruit

Tuesday AM Half a toasted muffin with spread/jam; and PM Selection of fruit

Wednesday AM Raisins; and PM Selection of fruit

Thursday AM Wholemeal wrap with ham/cheese/cucumber; and PM Selection of fruit

 Friday AM Bread sticks with cream cheese dip; and PM Selection of fruit/Eat up!


Break Menu week 4

Monday: AM Maltied Wheaties/rice crispies cereal with semi skimmed milk; and PM Selection of fruit

Tuesday: AM Fromage frais; and PM Selection of fruit

Wednesday: AM Breadstick with cream cheese dip and cucumber/carrot sticks; and PM Selection of fruit

Thursday: AM 50/50 sandwich thins with cheese/ham/cucumber; and PM Selection of fruit

Friday AM Rice cakes; and PM Selection of fruit/Eat up!


Please note for children attending early morning drop off, if you'd like us to give your child breakfast we request you bring any cereal or toast with you and we will provide milk. For those staying for late pick up we will offer them a small snack like bread sticks or raisins and a drink.
